For my laptop, I don't use much just the windows defender, and the laptop came with McAfee but I don't use or check it very much (I have learned that some security programs don't always work but not sure with McAfee) or do you have any idea why this is happening?

Ask the tech support reddit, and try to help others with their problems as well. What can I do to make these stop? Yes i'm already doing that with my passwords. And the language is different its in russian i think. So there were already 3 instances happened to me with 3 different apps asking for verification codes (via text message). I don't go to suspicious sites, I delete suspicious emails (which thankfully I don't receive and whein I do it goes to spam) and I always check everything which sites I am going etc.also tried researching about this and it's so hard to look for answers cause results always display the opposite idea ("what to do if you didn't get verification code") and it's completely not my problem.hope someone knows anything.
