You can either cook it less or more depending on your preference but no matter what it will be great to eat!Arirang Pork Belly also offers classic Korean dishes.I like this a lot because of its slight soy sauce scent after mixing it. We were very disappointed. Recently, I have been enjoying thin-sliced pork belly which is different from the ordinary pork belly with a lot of fat and thickness. Service was great - they explained each dish and how to eat it. The side dishes were also good.
I went with a friend who didn't like pork that much due to its smell but she ate Arirang's pork belly fine and enjoyed it as she said there was almost no smell to the meat which exceed the expectations for an all you can eat place.Look at the beautiful color of the meat!
