But to say that they're just out to scam due to some extremely common development and business situations even among Triple A titles is wrong. Also, the CF17 game released in mid 2017 with AF18 releasing in 2018, and we were getting these concept art of GC before either released. Could be long term investment issues (IMVG may want the freedom to move on to a better developer later while BAS wants to be the development face of GC).
