The Carnes de Fabula was recommended to me and...We had an enjoyable evening at La Fabula, enjoying both the ballet of service by the wait staff and Maître d'Hotel, and the splendid creations of the chef de cuisine.We were treated to a number of amuse bouchée but started with an excellent onion consommé...We have been traveling around Spain for a number of weeks now. And the rose they gave me lasted for around...What a dining experience!! Beautiful atmosphere, great wine selection, and the synchronization of the staff when they present your dish is impressive! was outstanding. Also, excellent communication with the chef and owner Ismael throughout the dinner! And how can you not chose the wine...We very much enjoyed our dinner here. Charismatic multi-lingual chef much in evidence. Actually sitting "in the kitchen" - they were fully booked but were happy to sit us in a re-vamped Had Chef's office, where we were waited on by the chef, Ismael, himself, whilst able to see everything happening...Wonderful dinner with a very entertaining host. Extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and compentent service! First time in Grenada and was very happy with this restaurant. What comes to their service - well, one might think there is no room for innovation there, but these guys have pleasantly surprised us leaving unforgettable experience.Nice location, attentive staff and a lot of effort to provide a wow factor was slightly let down by the food. Our waiter started with a drinks cart and when we asked about vermouths, he gave us a mini-tour of the options (bitter, sweet, in-between) and made individual cocktails...I have traveled the world and this place is a gem.
