These people either need more training or learn better people skills. Abrupt and unfriendly. The PA who examined me, Andrew Wettstone, was so concerned he made an appointment for me right then with a urologist in the building. I was happy to be greeted by a receptionist to talk to, instead of entering my symptoms into a computer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
