Whenever I shower after like 10 minutes I get extremely lightheaded and nauseas, It get so bad that i have to run out of the shower half way through washing my hair or i'll faint.

Try doing this out of the shower, stand up for ten minutes, then tilt your head back the way you do when you shower and wash your hair and see if the same thing happens when you're OUT of the shower.
