I don't want to complain here I'll admit I knew before I purchased this card that people had issues with the 20 series however I wanted to give zotac a chance since I've never bought any product from them before so I thought why not? Tried multiple versions of firestorm. It's the speed. Integrated with more smart and optimized technologies, get ready to GET FAST and GAME STRONG. Only gave me older versions of the firestorm software which I ran and they worked however I could not access spectra.The person insisted that they have ran these versions and rtx 2080 ti amp extreme cards on their own systems and that thry have ran into zero problems. You should see the "correct" UIAt this point it's supposedly safe to reinstall your display drivers, but keep in mind you will run into the same problem when launching the Spectra utility unless you clean out your drivers again, so better decide on which settings you like before you reinstall.New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be castWelcome to the official ZOTAC subreddit! Every time I ran it even in administrator mode, it would say the following '' software testing'' then it would say' 'the software failed to load' '' 'please turn off the power and shutdown pc' ' so instead of this I just restarted note that the blue led was still in and working.

This version, when launched for the first time, allowed me to change the colors for the power button only. DDU is completely removing your display driversAfter the restart, launch the Spectra util.

You said you flashed the vbios is that the bios for the card you mean?If so how did you manage to do it because I haven't done that yet if you're talking about the bios for the card.My pc specs are very very close to yours. Still to no avail did the leds come back on.Can someone please help me here. I didn't even have Firestorm installed on my ZBOX by default...But to give you benefit of the doubt, I did as you asked. (ensure system is off) Start FireStorm and click on Default to return all settings back to factory settings. I uninstalled the Nvidia drivers, and installed firestorm.
Disconnect the graphics card and reseat/re-install into the system.
In doing so as I turned the pc back on the leds do not turn on anymore. It would be best to apply different lighting effects for the two modes so you can visually see if your gaming PC is performing or not.
