Upon arrival and AFTER we were on the boat we were told we all couldn't go since we were 11 people on a 7 capacity boat. Saw many dolphins and stingrays on our way to Keewaydan Island.Booked 2 weeks in advance and was hoping they wouldn't cancel or charge hidden fees. We had people coming for the holidays from Arizona.
We had told The person we reserved through that we had 6 adults & 5 children when we booked our excursion. The staff asked who we reserved through and when we told them it was an "older" woman over the phone, they said "Oh Carolyn, that makes sense". Don't pass this up! Friendly staff.
We reserved a pontoon boat a month ahead. Boat Sales Boathouse Storage Shopping Service Rose Marina encompasses 3 acres of waterfront on beautiful Marco Island. On our trip to Marco we were here 4 times over our 7 day trip. Best to go to Bass Pro or a big retailer who will stand behind their product. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to others.Rented a pontoon for 12, it was old looking, dirty and the bottom was covered with growth.

Eventually they will just recommend that you take your boat somewhere else which is what I highly recommend if you are considering doing business with this company.

For $240 for up to 7 people, you can't go wrong creating memories like these. This place is poorly run. They are very friendly and make it easy for beginners, everything from giving you maps and directions to docking the boat for you. I've never even driven a boat before and they gave pretty clear instruction that any new comer could wrap their head around. We saw some dolphins, a sting ray and a manatee. She informed us that "children" don't count and reserved a 7 person boat. Staff was very helpful and very professional.
