I do suspect that if I had been in daylight, gotten to see the beauty, and gotten my bearings, it would have made for a much more enjoyable evening.
Considered by many to be the jewel of the Grand Strand, Brookgreen Gardens has been delighting visitors since its creation in 1931 by Anne and Archer Huntington. We didn't get to see all of it and would have loved to come back but were staying about an hour away.
I would love to come back here to have a cute and relaxing picnic here. So, if you're in the area and in need of a relaxing day, Brookgreen is a must!Brookgreen Gardens is one of my favorite places in Murrells Inlet.
