Some of the higher staff do play favorites. Otherwise a great company to work for; great PTO /vacation days, managers are usually pretty great also. The way they run the company is hard to beat. The saying you go to work to make a paycheck not friends. I learned a lot about auditing medical records. A lot of challenges in their procurement area which I was able to enhance during my time there.Hospital does well at many things but still struggles with significant turnover that tends to challenge quality processes within the hospital. I assisted training new analysts.I enjoyed my job and responsibilities while I had it. Management was inclusive and valued ideas and input from an HR perspective.I enjoyed working at Community Health Systems. This is not due to down sizing but mgmt, culture and discrimination. The overall management and running of company lacked clear communication.The SSC sucks! It can be twisted easily. The office was comfortable and the pay was really good.
