Elk Neck State Park resides in Cecil County on a peninsula, formed by the Chesapeake Bay on the west and the Elk River on the east. We started working with Brittany and then Eileen. The barn had tons of room and a great dance floor for our 86 guests. Every step of the way, from the owners to the professional staff, they ensured my daughter and new son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams in the most perfect setting ever.

Many think of flower gardens which are pretty but they tend to be busy backdrops for photography. Then we traveled to Ocean City to get photos the beach.
The beach area is small rocks not sand but it looks great in photos. To me a great engagement location is meaningful to you, shows something about your personality, and also works as a nice backdrop. A stone bridge, a suspension bridge, waterfall, lake, stream, and of course plenty of trees make wonderful backgrounds for you to have fun and enjoy nature.
I wouldn't change a thing and I will be recommending this venue to so many others. The park is 288 acres operated by Anne Arundel County. I cannot recommend Brittany & Denise highly enough. The property is gorgeous, and so many amenities you would normally need to hire to outside vendors are already included!!! Elk Neck State Park in North East, Maryland! I photographed with a telephoto lens to avoid getting other people. They fell in love with the gorgeous setting around Elk Neck State Park and held their wedding and reception at Bohemia Overlook. North East Maryland has many great locations for photos.
Of course the ocean makes for some great photos.
